What is he going before the Judge for, the revocation? The Judge can reinstate probation or revoke it and sentence him to his time.

Apparently your son has a drug problem.....ask his attorney if it would help if you could locate a bed in an in-patient rehab. I'm not familiar with NM, but here I've seen Judge's allow rehab sometimes.

Is the warrant new charges or a parole hold for revocation?

I will say that if you've already been throwing good money after bad, perhaps its time to let your son own his consequences. Just a thought.

Yes for the revocation, and his po said she is requesting that he gets the felony that he had avoided. No I'm not trying to help him get over, he may have a drug problem or a being young and wasn't taking this seriously and if he does have a problem I want to make sure he gets help. I'm just not familiar with this or know what to expect.

I will not spend any money, he's a 24yr old man who knows he has to deal with the consequences of his actions, but I am a mom that wants to make sure he gets help. So what happens next?

If his pv hearing is Monday....I don't believe there's much you can do other than show up in court to support your son. Have you spoken with his attorney?
