Default Website says no active inmate found for the information I entered

So I decided to check the doc for my man's tpm , just to double check and when I put in his information it's showing up no active inmate found for the information I entered . Has this happen to anyone else before ? If so what did it mean ?

I've only seen this happen when the name is spelled wrong or after they are released. You can always call the Parole Board ask them. Maybe there's just a glitch in the system.

It happened to my fiance... when they pull the record for consideration of TPM release, the system said no active inmate, as soon as we received his release date, his name re-appeared in the system.

Thank you ladies , it was that way because he was transferred, but it's fine now . Also do you ladies happen to know a number I can possibly call to find out the exact date of man's tpm . His tpm is june2014 , so we're just a little curious . Any help will be greatly appreciated .

Due to limited information on inmate’s location, you may contact the local facility, call Ombudsman Unit at 478-992-5358 or email Ombudsman@dcor.state.ga.us
for more details on this matter. This will allow us to location the inmate in the system and provide you with specific information.

A TPM is tentative. There is no exact date. All TPMs have the 30th or 31st listed as the day. This means that when the TPM is reached, parole begins working on setting a release date. Typically, they have 90 days from the start of the TPM to set a release date, but this could be longer.
