International phone calls?

Hello... Can anyone tell me if Wisconsin Doc allow inmates to make international telephone calls?

Wisconsin use ic solutions for calls. You could contact them on their website to see if they allow international calls.

I can't say with certainty, but they should allow for international calls, and they're going to be really expensive.

I’m not sure if that state allows international calling but ICSolutions do as far as I’m aware. The only problem with ICSolutions is that you need a US card linked to a US address in order to fund the account. So you will have to send him the money to put on his own phone account. Thankfully I have a US card even though I’m in the U.K.
