I have a few silly questions since this will be out first family visit. I've never been on one before. I know you can't have alcohol in the ingredients at all, but if you put your body wash, shampoo and conditioner in clear travel size bottles, is that allowed? Since the ingredients are not available to read? Can I bring a razor? Also, can I bring in a breast pump since I'm breastfeeding full time? I just didn't think it would be appropriate to have the baby with us on our first visit.

Awesome! Thanks! I'm assuming I'll probably need a doctor's note or something for the pump.

Gothica is right. All your toiletries need to be the travel size kind with the ingredients clearly listed. You are going to have a really hard time finding conditioner and body lotion w/out alcohol. Try Burt's Bees and Tom's Natural brands. Remember you cannot bring him anything to the visit. Last time I had a visit she made one of the gals leave her long white socks in the locker because she said they resembled men's socks too much. Good luck and have fun!! Time will go by fast

Lush brand has small sizes and it's all natural. So shouldn't have alcohol.

It depends on how many people on the yard are getting them. Usually they are about every 2 months. You can either have Thursday morning at 11 thru Saturday morning at 8 or Saturday morning at 11 thru Monday morning at 8:00.

Hey Everyone,

I have been to several family visits at Soledad, but my husband just moved to Donovan. Is grey and white clothing permitted in family visit? Also, I was told that I just park in the overnite visitor parking space and would be picked up, but on here it says to go to the Su Casa Visitor Center. Where is that? Once the visit is scheduled, will they send me some kind of booklet of guidelines? (Soledad did this). Thanks.

Ladies when checking your family visit Packages please check the expiration dates as well!!! My family got food poisoning from our package! I don't want this to happen to anyone else as it ruined our visit! I didn't think I needed to check for dates I assumed that was done by vendor when putting package together for shipping. Heads up is all

Default Family Visit

Hi all,

I had my first family visit this weekend and it was nice and smooth. I was so worried about what kinds of items I could take in, but everything went well. I can't wait to see my hubby again.
