Hello, if anyone could give me any information I would be forever grateful. My boyfriend was transferred from county to Camp Hill 3.5 weeks ago. In a letter he told me that I could email him. I set the account up fine with GTL and sent him three emails. I never got a response so I called Camp Hill and they said he is not able to respond via email but only through snail mail. Is this true for all PA DOC's (they can't respond via email)? Also does he need a tablet to respond if he is able to respond via email? And how does he buy credits to send emails? I would also love any information I left out that I needed. I am very new to this. Thank you!
