Default gain time earned

Back in july of 2013 my husband was sentenced to 15 months prison with 2 years ptobation. He got out in august of 2014 so he only served 12 months 20 days. He has violated probation and they gave him 30 months prison time with credit time served. We are wondering being that the judge gave him credit time served is my husband entitled to the 15 months or just the 12 months 20 days

Please i need your help trying to figure this out

I'm sorry if this has already been asked or seems like a stupid question but... It says they will do a minimum 85% but then there's all this extra gain time stuff so.. is it possible to serve less than 85% with gain time? Also the website says something about 25 days a month but that doesn't seem right to me. Is it really 5 days a month? So confused. How much gain time can you get and can you do less than 85% with incentive gain time and awards and stuff? Thank you!!!

Edit: Never mind I figured it out thanks to this thread

My boyfriend got sentenced to 24 months last Tuesday. He has already served 237 days. He is supposed to be transferred to a reception center near Tallahassee Fl on Tuesday.
How much time will he have to complete ? Will he have to complete the whole 14 months that are left or will he get time ?

First time going through this.
Thank you !

Default Bop time

My man got picked up on April 5th @8:30a.m. He goes to his trial date August 23rd in the a.m. His court date is in November. I do not know exact day in November yet. My man said his lawyer and him discussed a plea bargain and he is going to get 18 months and 3 years probation. What would the calculation be on that? PLEASE help me! I am new to all of this....

Default Need help

My boyfriend got locked up in 2008 but was sentence in 2009 for 15 years he has been in trouble a lot and was only earning 4 days a month up to 2weeks ago he just got out of max and is now earning 10 days a month. I'm trying to see when can he be eligible for 85% .His current release date is 10/24/2022. It was his first offensive and they didn't even have no evidence but we didn't have a good lawyer of course.

I am not sure if this question has been asked and answered on this thread, but on what date is gain time posted to an inmate. My LO is due to be released soon. If they post the gain time at the end of July, he will be released that many days sooner. If not, he will stay for more time than he should. Also, who do I contact in Tallahassee with a questions? The initial contact information (first page) is no longer good. Thanks for all your help.

There's an email address in this link (top of page 2). Wish I had better info than this, but this is all I could find: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...3EJw1Mq4m_nX8b
