in Georgia one can get the DP for Aircraft Hijacking, and in Mississippi one can get the DP for Aircraft Piracy.
Convictions not sure about...

The Feds wanted to seek the death penalty against Zacarias Moussaoui last year but on October 2nd 2003, Judge Leonie Brinkema said the death penalty could not be sought against the terrorist.

My mother in law is a defense attorney in GA. Im going to call her, and ask her about this one. I will post after I talk to her.

I met Mr. and Mrs. Williams during my visits at D Ray James Prision. I never spoke of what happened with them. But, I did find this court document. Feel free to check it out because it says, the lady was killed. sorry, but If a court document says it, It HAS to be true. http://law.gsu.edu/psingleton/fall2000/section-7.htm

In Texas, if you arrange in any way for a person to be killed. In other words if you are responsible for the capital murder, you are eligible for execution.
