Default Question about calls

I thought I'd ask here first since this is the place that I post most often.

I just switched to AT&T yesterday. I didn't think to ask what their policy is on collect calls though. John was supposed to call me last night, but he didn't. Now I'm not sure if he just didn't get the chance to call or if it's AT&T. I have an account through Securus (formerly Correctional Billing Services or CBS) and as far as I thought, as long as I had a pre paid account through them I'd be able to get his calls no matter what carrier I have.

If anyone knows if I'm right or wrong, please let me know ASAP! Thanks.

It must be the plan you have with AT & T that has them blocked
