Default Added time due to parole

Hi everyone
I spoke with my fiancé on last night and he was told that if he gets parole in November that he will get additional time added to his sentence even with parole. This was told by another inmate. Is this true cause I don’t understand how parole works. Thanks for the help. You all have helped me so much.

Unless he has a prior charge that requires additional sentencing, his parole time is typically the balance of his sentence.

fbopnomore, this is being tweaked. There's been a slight reprieve in granting probation and parole that isn't public knowledge. There are many men and women coming home that wouldn't have a year ago.
