Fried catfish, red beans and cheesy grits...yes. Please.

My unpopular opinion of the day is false eyelashes generally look just like their name. You ain't fooling anyone and the ones you're trying to impress(?) are going to see you without them, eventually, if you're doing it right. What's the point?

I only like grits on my sandpaper.
Tasted them once and that was one time too many.
Its like a liquid form of corn tortilla. (which are also yechy with nothing on them)
Same with hominy grits.BLECK AND YECHY.

False eyelashes........LOL. Like we cant tell your wearing them. Makes your eyes look like they are gonna fly away.

Mondays suck rocks Always.

And Agree. Chalant should be a word.
thems my Sunday opinions.

Pop is music, not a drink. It's soda or Coca-Cola

Same with extreme push up, scrunch up wonder bras. You wonder where they went when she takes it off! God doesn't make junk. The way a woman looks naturally is the perfect look for her.

Exactly! If someone is "inept," why aren't there people who are "ept"?
Actually, my brothers, son and I had so much fun wondering that, that we adopted it as an official word. We're trying to get Webster's to agree.

I wonder the same thing when I take my bra off! Then I take the tight leggings that I wear under my regular pants and I find out where they went . . .

Gravity does the same thing to airplanes with careless pilots or maintenance crews! The good news: your assets don't crash, burn or wipe out entire villages when they surrender to gravity's influence.

Nonplussed is my favorite whimsical word. I felt pretty plussed until I read my electric bill, which immediately made me feel totally nonplussed.

The word's Latin root is non plus, meaning "no more." Class dismissed!

My opinion of the day I am in Miami and I have to say vanilla ice cream does not belong on a breakfast plate with sausage. That is just so wrong.

Maybe I'm weird, but I love salty breakfast meat with sweet stuff. My favorite donut back home is a fat maple bar with strips of bacon on top.

I actually have vanilla ice cream and sausage in the freezer. I feel inspired...

Ice cream calories cancel out sausage calories.

Sausages don't have calories if you eat them on a Wednesday I am sure that's right

Like I just noticed Wilkes said first: Sausage is meat and has no carbs. Therefore, by eating ice cream, you are simply filling in for what the sausage lacks! GO FOR IT!

Maytayah, you're a bit confused. It's ice cream that has no calories on Wednesdays!

My unpopular opinion today is if my car insurance cancels me for a wreck, doesn't that cancel the mere need of the policy to start with??? I mean what is the insurance for then????

when did people stop using punctuation entirely is this the new accepted form of communicating i'm all for neologism and slang but you still need a freakin' period and capitalized start

And the same people get mad when you ask them to clarify.

My unpopular opinion of the day is that chocolate should be free. I know it has sugar and calorific values that horrify nutritionists but I occasionally really need some. Today was one of those days and had no change to buy a bar. So I left it I didn't want to pay 79p on my card.
Really it should free to those who need it. Maybe rationed to one bar per person a day I mean let's be reasonable.

I think everyone should be required to diagram at least one sentence they've written each day. Lacking that, anyone who wishes to may diagram this one: Of all the saws I ever saw saw, I never saw a saw saw as this saw saws.

Rest easy. Three words rhyme with orange. Blorenge and Gorringe are proper names in the English language. Blorenge is a mountain in Wales. Gorringe is a surname in Britain. Sporange also rhymes with orange. It's a very rarely-used version of the word "sporangium", the botanical term for a part of a fern or a similar plant. Sporangium/sporange also means the part of a plant (or fungus) that contains the spores.

Just sayin'.

Default Post your unpopular opinions

Eating Peaches should be banned on public transport. I have been to London this morning on a train. Very busy train and I was glad I booked a seat. The man sitting next to me ate for the entire journey one of his snacks was a peach. He bit into it and it went all over him and all over me. This continued until he had eaten it all I was covered in sticky peach juice. I say ban them along with potato chips in movie theatres .
