Exclamation Looking for an inmate in California

I was looking for an inmate Robert Durst I.R. NO. 01-7537? sorry if i posted this in wrong area. It's been years since I have been in this site. I am not sure if the above mentioned is in New Orleans Prison or Mountain, Center, CA?

If he's in a CDCR (state) facility, his name would appear here.
A quick search shows one inmate by that name.

Was he a state or federal inmate?

Interesting, he's a bit notorious....I'm not sure where he currently is but apparently he will be transferred to a Federal facility in California some time next month. If you're trying to write him, your best bet might be to wait until mid-August and search the Federal system then, since any mail he might be sent now might or might not get to him on time depending on how quickly mail is moving at his current facility and any extra scrutiny they might be paying to his mail since he is a bit of a high-profile person.
