Default Does the online release date include good time?

Can anyone tell me if the release date listed on the inmate site includes good time or not? I sure hope not!

Yes it does include maximum good time in the computation, but not any additional time for RDAP or half way house. If he disagrees with the computation, he needs to file a bop grievance.

RDAP is the acronym for the drug and alcohol treatment program.

Some inmates who are eligible for RDAP, most often when they have recent substance abuse documented in their presentence report, who don't have a crime that disqualifies them from receiving additional time off (it's possible to qualify to take RDAP, but not be awarded extra time off) can earn up to an additional year off of their sentence. He needs to ask his unit team.
