Angry Dual status violated and has a P.A.W.

My fiance just got arrested he is dual status on probation n parole has been to prison 5 times I looked on case net it says order of probation suspended he has probation violations and no bond but he also had been released in January on a p.a.w. pending application of a warrent it hasn't hit yet but is in the same county I'm just trying to get some help and what they are claiming in the p.a.w. is not what happened and if someone is charged with a syringe cant they test it to prove its not his please help im just curious what were looking at he has a couple months left on parole and is there anyway to get him out with no bond

Pretty sure that if he was around a syringe it pretty much does not matter if it was his or not. He can still be violated.
He should have a list of conditions he signed onto when he was released, and drug paraphanila would likely be on that list.

I'd doubt if he has a no bond he cant get out.
Im no expert by any stretch, but this is just what I suspect

Default Ughhh I hate this

Ya like the syringe was in a women's purse though like he didnt know it was there u know cant they test it like its just a probation violation. But like dude took the charges he's just getting possession but like it was in a females purse cant he do somethung about it

His lawyer will know how best to represent him. One problem with PVs is a lower evidentiary standard of proof. What that usually means is if his PO says he violated, the courts mostly agree.
