I am very happy with the appointment system, the processing is very smooth and it is much faster to be processed.

Sorry if this has been answered already, but can someone tell me if you traveled from out of state for a visit, will they make an exception to let you visit both days for that weekend? If so, do I need to contact the visiting dept to make this request? How much time in advance? Any info is much appreciated.

Isn't it? No wait time at all outside and in the processing center.

I think that depends on the facility. I think its allowed but if you can see thru it, they wont let you in.

Do you still have to fill out a pass before you get processed? If your appointment is at 8:30 will you get terminated early?

3 1/2 hours isn't bad at all. I would be okay with that. What time was your appointment for?

My loved one was at CCI and that metal detector was super super sensitive.
Same with SQ. I thought I had a plastic *wire* on the bra, but it was not. Had to go change.
I'd find a bra without a wire.
Sometimes even how many hooks that are on the bra will set it off even without a wire under it.

All the times I've been there I've never seen the metal detector go off I wear watches, earrings and such but they wand you outside. I bought a wired bra and just cut the wire out. And YES they look at the photos just like they look at the money.
