Default Visitation w/ toddler Lewis-Morey

Hello!
I have tried looking thru the forums and getting this information but can't seem to find it.

My brother and his niece are going to be visiting her dad soon. What does my brother need to be able to bring her in?
Birth certificate, but what else?

Also I know about the $40 in a clear bag, 1 wedding band, 1 watch, 1 car key, ID card, no brown/orange, no jogging shorts(basketball shorts?) or cut off.

I see in the guidelines, the dress code says 8 and over but what about under?

Can she bring a toy and or game?

Also, what date and time are the visitations??? on the website I just see a schedule for food/holiday visits. & all dad let us know is that the visits are 4 hours long.

thank you!

DOC site with visit application and info

https://corrections.az.gov/sites/def...s/900/0911.pdf
1.1.3.3.1 Applications to visit on behalf of a minor child may only be
submitted by a non-incarcerated parent, legal guardian or
temporary custodian of that minor child and must have the
applicable custody documents attached. When someone
other than a parent submits the visitation application, the
application shall include documentation from a court
documenting legal guardianship and/or temporary custody
of the minor child.
1.1.3.3.2 A non-incarcerated parent, legal guardian or temporary
custodian of record of a minor child may authorize a third
party to accompany and be responsible for the minor child
at visitation, as long as that third party has a notarized
statement from the non-incarcerated parent, legal guardian
or temporary custodian of record and is also an approved
visitor.

It is SUPER important to make sure she's been approved for visitation, and that he has been approve to take er. Like, notarized letter from the non-incarcerated parent/guardian approved. And to have those with him first visit. They should make a copy, but he won't get in at all if they don't have that permission.

If the letter hasn't been done yet, make sure it's addressed to AZ DOC, not the prison/yard he's at. Inmates will be moved, and if it says to a specific place, you'll have to do it all over again at the next location.

Best format is a basic; To DOC, I legal guardian say that Uncle can being Chid to visit DAD Inmate # Singed, dated, notarized.
If it's a guardian, and not mom you'll need the extra port of guardianship papers to show they can authorize it. If it's mom, the birth certificate should be fine.
And you can always call visitation and see if there's anything else about that they might want.

It's also $40 per visiter, so technically he can bring up to $80 in quarters. Depending how how fidgety, and how much snakes might distract her it'll be a good idea to have more than just the 40.

And no, she can't bring in any games/toys. Some yards have things for younger kids, some don't. I don't know what Lewis has, sorry.
