Manchester and MCCreary are not Kentucky prisons, but are BOP / Federal facilities. If ya'll need any info on those facilities or on BOP, here is the link for the Federal forum HERE

No, it's not the same place. There are 3 prisons in that area: Roederer, Kentucky State Reformatory, and Luther Luckett.
