Default How do you set up a video visit?
How do I set up a video visit with my guy at OSP? Can't figure this part of the new system out...

It's under the schedule a visit tab on the main screen of ICSolutions. I'm assuming you have an account and your number is validated. You have to search for him and add him. Someone approves it, and then you just click through a bunch of steps (IE Time/date). You'll have to install "The Visitor" which is their proprietary software. You can't have a visit without it.
