Who is in charge about books sent to Florida prisons?

Who do I write to to get things delivered at a prison ? This is out of hand with books and magizines. Over 2 months before books are given to the inmates and over 3 months for magizines and word search s , it's seem like they want to tick the inmates off ! Where can I write to try to get this fixed ???
Any ideas besides spend my money for it not to get to family member , or is the people in charge of mail and property taking what the want ? Isn't that a federal offense even for people in prisons ? I understand monitoring what's coming in but 2 months is not right .
You would think they would want the inmates to be occupied !
I'm checking into getting a lawyer to go to the state and see what the problem is
Any ideas I could use them instead if paying for a lawyer

That would be an issue with the mail room. Is your family member not getting their mail at all, or is it just taking that long for them to get their mail.


Not knowing what the conditions in the mail room are, it's hard to say. They may only have one person handling mail. Who knows? You could always write to the warden.
