Common law marriage SCI Somerset

Anyone have any info on common law marriage in pa? Don’t want to go “legal” or “formal” with our marriages. We want a private convenant type thing. We do not want a license to be wed. Any info is greatly appreciated 🙂

Pa no longer recognizes or allows common law marriage.

Caveat, common law marriage established before 2005 are still recognized.

Possibly the closest you will be able to get to a non conventional marriage, is a Quaker or Self uniting marriage which is permitted in PA
