The PED on the locator is a fairly new feature so I'm not sure! But I would assume that they have to be scored and classified for that to happen which would be the time that they see their counselor. That can take several months. But, I'm honestly not sure. Hopefully someone will come along with recent experience and give you an idea.

My boyfriend is in reception and it showed within two weeks. I haven’t heard from him since he was first transferred to reception so I’m not sure if he has seen his counselor or what’s going on.

I think it’s “whenever they get to it.”

I have one friend who’s date was recently reduced by a month. Another girl Dee and I know who went back in several months ago on a new offense shows a paroled date in 2015 from her previous charge (and no, she’s not in on a violation, she got convicted on a new charge.)

2018? That's 11 months from now. If I recall he was facing something like 17 years?

Ahh, OK. The good news he will be able to earn some time off of that, even. Once he's in his home prison he can jump right into milestone programs.

I was looking where to post this same question I check at least once a week & his does t show yet. I'm starting to get nervous. I've asked him to ask to speak to his counselor if there is a reason why it's not showing up, but he kind of shines me off. Mel's 5 your date is 2028 right? Well as of right now mine is 2040 with AB1308 It would change to 2030. Ohh my heart sinks writting these numbers.

So sorry about the long sentence. My son is going to be facing a long one soon. I think I remember reading that you asked about how the county jail credit was going to work. Did the give him credit at 50% Or 80%. I'm wondering how credit will work out for my son. Thank you.

County time should have been figured at the time of his sentencing and it would be on his sentencing summary. Unless things have changed, but since it's completed, he would have access to that information from the court summary.
