Default Classes for Anger Management, Parenting at St. Cloud

Hi,
My son has been at St. Cloud Correctional Fac. for about 6 months. He is restricted to no contact visits with his kids until he takes a couple classes, one of them being anger management. He told me he was on a waiting list to take the class, then he said they don't offer it at St. Cloud. Is there any way to find out the facts? Thank you.

I looked that facility up, and they're listed only as an intake center, so I'm surprised that he's been there for so long. He should request movement to his 'home' prison. Intake facilities don't usually have much programming, and it looks like St. Cloud follows that pattern.

Thanks for your response. I believe there are some people who stay at St. Cloud for a long time.

At reception centers there is often a small group of prisoners, called here in NY the 'cadre', who do the cleaning, cooking, etc., and are there permanently. But if he's been tasked with programming I would assume that he'll be moved to a prison that supplies his needed programs.
