Ugh gtl!!!!!

My bf is @ the god awful manning correctional pre release and now into his 2 week GTL is messing with the connection. It's only his phones calls we have changed phones on his end and it only happened when he calls me on my end other phone calls I get just fine. So, we are not sure what to do should I call FTP they are usually worthless when I do call them. Change my phone? Get a landline? It never happens when he calls his grandmother who uses a landline plus I have an NC number do these things matter??? Come on aug 31st so I don't have to deal with them ever again. He really gets on edge if he doesn't talk to me and has been in his first fight over the phone just yesterday when another guy told him to hurry up soooo with that said if someone has any advice I would appreciate it. Sometimes it will allow me to accept the call most times not and when it does we sound like robots. Thank you
