Question Early release from parole?

My fiancé was sentenced to 7 years for violating State probation for Vandalism and Burglary. While on the state probation, he was arrested for being accused of other charges that were dropped. He was only sentenced to the 7 years. He served 2 years and for his good behavior and the programs he finished, he was paroled out. He had 5 years left on parole. He has served 2 so far. He sees his parole officer every 3 months now and has passed every drug test. He has followed every rule and has not gotten in any trouble and has kept a job. His supervision fees are only about $140 behind and he has restitution to pay to the court house which we will be paying off before the end of the month. My question is when he pays the fees off, what are the chances of him getting released from his pparole early? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

He will not be given early parole, he will have to do the 3 years left on the town instead of behind bars, please remind him that parole is not a right it is a privilege to give felons the opportunity to do their time here one the streets. Please tell him to be on his p's and q's, because he can get violated for anything, tell him do not get too complacent and to keep up the good job, he pays to fees as a right to be paroled, being behind on payments are not good either, because they can even violate him on that as well .
