Well first off let me say thanks to everyone...

I was a lurker here last year when the hubby was in jail for 90 days on a probation violation ( it was a great help to not feel so alone) And here I find myself again...

I wasn't really sure if this was the place for me since he is in a county jail instead of a prison but I think this will help me a lot so here i am....

Dear hubby is once again in jail on probation violation and this time they are talking about sentencing him to 365 days, I will not know for sure until May 14th when he goes to court. Hubby has a drug problem which is what landed him in jail...drugs=stupidity which equals arguments and me calling the law after he decided he didnt like what I was saying and decided to choke me... I called the law and his PO officer letting them know he was on a drug induced spree and needed help desperately. Now I don't regret doing what I did because I did it out of love,do I feel guilty he is in jail yes but its not a choice I made lightly, it had gotten to the point I seriously feared he was going to end up dead or something.SO now there is a court ordered restraining order which I am going to see about trying to get lifted Tomorrow. I am very confused right now. I don't do drugs but I see the damage it has done all around me. SO Im in the process of trying to get him in rehab along with whatever I can do. There is really no one supportive I can talk to ...my family says walk away and well his...lets just say they lived the same life that he has so they say he will grow out of it......

Anyways looking forward to having someone who understands my emotions and feelings right now.

My fiance is in county now awaiting reception on a probation violation, and I'm here! They gave him a year to do as well. Don't worry, you'll find support and guidance here.w
