Will our LO's only be serving 33 days for each year of their sentence?

At visitation today I heard that due to overcrowding in Arkansas, inmates will only be serving 33 days for each year of their sentence. Does anyone know if this is true?

This is not true. Due to overcrowding is why they have the emergency powers act which the board of corrections can invoke every 90 days or the 1 year epa when they want to enact it.
