Question Arkansas passed new law for non-violent offenders?

Does anyone know if they actually passed the stile for non-violent offenders in the state of Arkansas from 44 days to 29 days? I heard this from my husbands attorney so I am thinking that it is true

If you knew the Bill # it would be easier to find out if it passed. You can bookmark the following link to keep up with proposed and passed legislation in Arkansas:

It wasn't passed in the 2018 session, since this is the fiscal session. If it was passed it would have been in the 2017 regular session. It sounds like you may be talking about the Justice Reinvestment Act. But I don't know what you mean by "from 44 days to 29 days."
