Make certain you get writing materials sent to your LO ASAP and put money on his books if possible. Hang in there--I found the stint in Reception to be the most difficult time. Things will get better once he is transferred.

Anyone know how long it will be before transfer once the security squad comes and interviews? My man thinks it means his counselor has his file and read his history... ?

Is this something that only happens to my man? or is it normal? I'm starting to worry now...

What do you mean the security squad? Did he get in trouble? Ive seen reception run anywhere from 3 weeks to 11 months, and now by reading other's it can run up to almost 2 years. It's one big waiting period.

Hello everyone

My LO is just getting to Wasco. I read all the stuff posted about reception time periods. Sounds to me like that part just depends. Can anyone tell me when he can have a visit?
