Default Parole violation and new charges. Will he see the Parole Board again?

I know someone that went in on a parole violate n additional charges they already tell them that they have to do a year and a half for the pv. Is this until they go back up for parole again, or just the total that will have to be served?.

No its not a serve out but they already told them that they has to serve 15 months on the PV. I know the amount of time they have to do Im just wondering if the person will go back in front of the PB again or just be finished after that. Its not a serve out.

depends on how much time they have left and what good time credits they can earn if they can get their minimum date down to under that 15 months then no they wont see the board again otherwise when the 15 is up they will see the board again

I'm asking will the person go up for parole again after 15 months is up. That's all, I don't need to know about good time bc i dont think they can earn good time on a flop. Thanks for your response.

Yes, they can earn good time on a flop. What was his original sentence that he was on for parole for? That's how much tme they could make him do if they're so inclined. If all that was left on his original sentence was 15 months, he'll be done. If he had, say 2 years left on his original sentence, then the 15 months is the time until another parole hearing.

How much time did he get for the new charges? Concuurent or consectutive?

I guess im explaining it wrong or something, I know that he cannot earn good time off the 15mnths bc they told him that. The 15 months does not serve him out, he has like 5 years left on the sentence but he went in for new drug charges and that is what he was in the first time for. He was told about the year and half and he is still waiting on his other time.

After I read it again, I see what you mean. Thank you that is what I was trying to find out. The 15 months is not all he has left he has 5 years left, so I guess that means that after the 15mnths he goes up for parole again plus whatever time he gets for his new charges. Thanks a lot for breaking it down to me.
