Your man will need to get with his CO3 and start the process. You of course will have to get the marriage license after approval. The prison will contact you about a date and you will have to find an approved person to do the marriage.

You MUST be on the approved visitation list since the marriage will be done in person.

Too many factors to even guess at this. Depends on the facility, the chaplain, the CO3, the list goes on and on. The chaplain will be your best bet for info.

Unhappy Need someone to perform wedding on weekday at Cheyenne

Iím new on here as far as posting.✋🏼 I want to marry my soon to be husband and itís come to my attention that Cheyenne Unit no longer has a Judge to come perform the weddings due to them no longer allowing weddings on weekends due to normal visitation going on. 🤦🏽*♀️So is there a person anyone would know within the Yuma or San Luis area that can perform the wedding on a weekday.I still have yet to figure out how to get the license as well. If anyone can point me in the right direction please.

As far as the marriage license goes, you have to have the affidavit if social security number from your loved one. When you have that go to the county courthouse and get a marriage license thru good for a year in AZ. Idk anyone specifically for Yuma prison but Rick Bell from Phoenix married us. He's already approved from DOC. He's on Google
