Default G3 ??

So i got a call today from my fiances' bunkies sister, my man went to courtline today and was sent to g3 for 2 months and loss of visits for a year, im calling our attorney tomorrow, but can anyone explain this... Is it contact visit loss or total visit loss?????? Hes never been in trouble and he hasnt ever had drugs on him but he was urine tested and it came back dirty... The only reason why the urine tested him is bc his father had marijuana residue on his hands when he went to visit april 21 (his father smokes on occasion) . Im so broken i feel like i cant hold it together

G3 must be the ADSEG unit at Wagner. I know that Wagner does have an ADSEG unit. Not every prison does. Just Wagner, NSP and NJSP. If he was found guilty of a drug charge, that's considered a zero tolerance charge and you loose your contact visits for a year. You can have window visits. If he is only going to be in ADSEG for 2 months, you will get one visit a month while he is there. When he is back in general population, he will be able to have weekly non-contact (window) visits.

It's no fun going through this. Head up girl, it will be a long hard road this next year.

Good luck!
