Default Release date is confusing

hello, I spoke with my LO. their release date is showing 3years for release, but they have not given them the time subtracted from being in county. I also don't know how to calculate the good time. can someone direct me or give me some insight on this subject. non-violet charges. from what I have read, for every 7 days, you get 3 day credit. I looked at charges of 4 1/2 years, 6mos of good time and the 7mos of county should be one date. none of this is showing. as you can see, I am confused. thank you

They have to serve at least 85% of their sentence.
There is a Max end date which is the whole sentence & then their release date.

Whatever date is on his release date is the date they have set for him to release.

It's sooo confusing!!! I believe the 3 for 7 is limited to specific drug possession charges only. Best to call the Time Computation Unit. Their number is 602-542-1870.

You do 10 & a 1/2 months on the year. Plus, your TR is 77 days early kickout for 1st timers. So your 1st year is actually 8 months, roughly. And 10 & a half months for any subsequent years sentenced. Additionally, some inmates trigger automatically for the SB-1291 senate bill release. A 90-day early release (typically for non-dangerous & non-repetative crimes).

On a 2.5 year or 30 month sentence, I did more like 23 months. And, that's after LOSING 83-days of good time.

Go off of where it says
"Prison Release Date" not "Max End Date"
