My wife got out on a MRS from KY and interstate compacted to Maryland in September. My wife decided to escape to GA and refuse to see her probation officer in Maryland for a month. KDOC sent an active warrant last week, and today she got arrested. I am wondering how long she gonna be stay in jail? her max is 5/2/20. Will she get an extra time? (she absconded her first probation in dec 2018 and now again this month!)
The time she was absconding doesn't come off her sentence (no street time). Best guess, she'll serve out most, if not all, of the 6 months. Sorry to hear this
Edit: Near the bottom of the following page you'll find the Parole Board's Policies & Procedures concerning MRS revocation:
"If the Board votes to revoke the offender’s mandatory reentry supervision due to a violation of the terms of supervision, and reincarcerate the offender pursuant to KRS 439.3406, the offender shall be returned to the custody of the Department of Corrections for the remaining period of mandatory reentry supervision".

I got a question: she violated her probation and it was her second time in 1 year span so my wife's expected time to serve is on 5/2/2020 but her maximum expiration of sentence Date is 6/28/21. Which day is she gonna get released? on 5/2 or 6/28?
