Default 30 days to get in shape!

Hey ladies and gents!
My boyfriend gets home in 30 days and I wanna look amazing for him (although i've wanted to lose weight forever!) what's a good way to eat/work out. To give you an idea i'm about 5'3.5 and i weigh 150.. I got an ass and boobs to say the least lol. But im the biggest out of all my very skinny friends and i'd really like to look good for myself too! Any tips are greatly appreciated.

What to eat, cut out all fast foods and restaurant foods! If you drink sodas get rid of them! You'll need to drink at least a min of 8 8oz glasses of water a day to help detoxify your body! Then I would stick to a min 1200 to max 1800 calorie diet a day. Lots of vegetables and fruits. Vegetables are as close as your going to come to negative calories! Stick to alot green type veggies Ive been reading about how they tend to help with the belly fat! Very lean meats, chicken pork, seafood! And I wouldn't go over 5 ounces on the meat! Ideally 3oz of a lean meat is best for weight loss!

Now for exercising youll need to do cardio and weight training regimine! Im really thinking of ordering insanity Ive known several people who have had awesome results from this, but it kicks your ass till you get in shape! I would do walking or running one day and the next day do something with weights that help you tone and tighten! You can google what exercise are best to do to this area and that area!

I've done Insanity. It is crazy!! If you are going to do that program please invest in a good recovery drink. Without it, your body will be so sore you won't believe. The program will recommend you do shakeology because of affiliation, but I have found that Isopure does the trick with almost no carbs (a major consideration for me because I'm diabetic).

You need to eat 5-6 times a day and drink at least 100oz of water. You need to speed up your metabolism so you should be eating like every 2-3 hrs. I would cut fried foods, snaks, sodas, bread, & watch the fruit b/c some are loaded with sugar. Stored sugar will def turn into FAT. Cardio Cardio Cardi!!! Weight loss is 30% working out & 70% nutrition. You can work out all you want, but if you not getting the proper nutrition...you wasting your time.
