Default Obtaining legal records

My love is trying to obtain copies of his juvenile records and his last case. He contacted the court and the initial time they mailed certain documents (from the most recent case) and later another clerk mailed the same records, yet it included paperwork from his juvenile history that he didn't request in the first letter but included.

After reviewing all of the paperwork, he realized certain items listed were not included (ex. it states digital pictures were not included).

Who does he contact to request any information not included but listed in the records? Is he not able to access all contents of his records or will he need to seek his attorney's office help?

His attorney passed away not long after he went back to prison and we're not sure if he should contact the office.

The court file would not have evidence not entered into the record through trial. Did your loved one have a trial? If so, were those pictures entered into evidence? The best place to get that sort of thing would likely be either his attorney's office or the prosecutor's office.
