Why Hank should overcome too many trouble??

This time,State of Texas "Lost"Key evidence??

According Death Penalty Information Center,His Attorney expressed concern State's losing a bloody Jacket found beside victim's body, which was belong to other person, who has seen stalking victim shortly before her death.

And it's THE evidence Hank has insisted that jacked should be tested.

Hoping the best,Hank,You're the person made me realize"something wrong is happening".
Other evidence will let you hold your wife, like you said!!

Everything that the state has is being sent for testing. It's some 40 or so items including the rape kit. The state has menaged to lose the jacket that was found at the crime scene. Hank says it didn't belong to him or Twila. Others have said that Twila's uncle wore a jacket like that. He harrassed and followed Twila and was seen near her the night of the murder. So it would have been nice to check it for DNA but it seems to be gone. It is an important piece of evidence for Hank and now it's gone. We wait and see how the rest of it goes.

Let's keep fingers crossed and hope they are not putting on a show for an election year. We're with ya, Hank!

Regarding this article, I hope it all turns out well for Hank Skinner in the end...the DNA on the previously untested jacket probably is not his.

Since the state lost the jacket we'll never know whose it was. It was far too large to belong to Hank. We'll have to wait and see what his lawyers say once their experts have the results.

Yes, but his blood in the back bedroom does not support his story that he was passed out. The coat could have been there for many reasons. (I think I left my coat over a friends house last winter..because I cannot find it) Who cares who it belongs to. Support Hank's bid to avoid execution, SURE, but he is not innocent...Just my opinion!..More DNA testing yet to come! I wouldn't be surprised if he had a partner, I always wondered how he subdued 2 young men as well as Twila.

Aside from the fact, that killing a human being never can be an adequate punishment - as long as there's still minimal doubts, he can't be judged. It's just a measure of a nation's civilization if they act according to the principle "benefit of the doubt".

Twila's mother testified at the trial the the jacket belonged to Twila. Twelve years later at the HC hearings, a defense wit testifies that she saw Donnell wearing a tan jacket all the time. However, the jacket recovered at the crime scene was gray not tan. I'm interested to see if they will order additional dna testing. I do not think they will.

How long will it be before we get any more updates on this case? I am sure it is still ongoing and could theoretically go either way for Hank Skinner.
