There are so many sports developed in this days, sports makes people healthy and quick in every moment. My best sport is swimming and I compete so many time in swimming. There are 4 type of stroke in swimming. Breast stroke, free style, back stroke and butterfly. This all stroke or style helps to people to be healthy. And this is one of the very good sport for our health.

Funny you should mention swimming. I'm watching Olympic swimming on television right now. One of my favorite Olympic events, aside from gymnastics.

Yep, swimming is brilliant for exercising, especially if you have joints suffering from weight-bearing issues. My other half is swimming a lot to help a spinal injury. Swimming is great for your core stability (I just wish I liked it!!!!!!!!!).
