Default Parole eligible since July, review date is November, how soon for answer?

Would anyone have an idea of how long it might be until my husband hears back with his answer from parole? He received a year set off last year and his next review date is November. He showed to be parole eligible since July and recently saw the IPO.

If the Next Review date was November, he could not have even been voted any earlier than last Friday. Going into review simply means a file was pulled off the shelf or the electronic file was activated on the server.

The broader question here is when he met with the IPO. Until that happens, NOTHING of substance is happening with the present period of review.

Unit of assignment will also place a role in estimates given that some regional IPO's are faster than others...

He met with the IPO last Tuesday and is housed at the Polunsky unit.

Electronic file and not subject to extraordinary vote, I would hope for a vote by the end of the first week of October.

Paper file and not subject to extraordinary vote, you are probably looking closer to the first week of November.

All bets are off if this was a case subject to the mandatory 20-year interview. I have seen those sit for up to four and five months, although Rangel tries not to hold them more than a few weeks before getting to the unit.

Thank you so much! Thankfully it is not a case subject to the mandatory 20-year interview!! He has about 75% of his ten years done and he's had a very productive past few years so we are incredibly hopeful & it is a great help to have an idea of when we might get our response!

It has been going on 8 weeks since my husband had his IPO interview and still no response. He mentioned that at the end of the interview the IPO had said that because his next review date was not until november she couldn't submit his file unit then. His file is electronic so we didn't think much of it at the time. Last year he got a response within three weeks, could this have anything to do why he has not gotten a response yet?
