Hi, Im new to this site and not sure how to use it so forgive me if I submit in the wrong areas or threads...I have a question, so do they accept walk in's anytime from 8-2pm? My boyfriends mom will be visiting from Las Vegas and I live in the East Bay. We have never been to this prison. He was just moved there yesterday from Corcoran. And there visiting was stressful to say the least.

BobbyCoco you can use vpass to set your appointments to visit unless they are behind glass then you need to call. You can schedule visits two weeks out.

This thread is for INFO, Q&A ONLY.
Anyone have an idea on how strict they are with dress code, my BF is telling me I could wear a tight skirt but not sure. I'm traveling over 400 miles so I'm nervous to just go, I have so many outfits but not sure what to wear

Default mule creek visting info

after visiting many prisons over the past years mule creek is 1 of the best ones on how they deal with visitors in my opinion now for the questions asked regarding visiting,
yes the inmate must send you the visiting form & return & wait for approval.
you can either schedule and appointment thru cdcr visiting [V-pass] or you can just show up and they're pretty quick about getting all in.
pictures you must have tokens for each picture you would like to take which are $2.00 each purchased in processing by the visitor before you get to the visiting room.
visiting times are from 8:30 to 3:00 you can show up from 8:30 - 2:00pm to vist

they are very relaxed compared to most prisons they don't trip so much on clothes being tight as they do the length

Default visitation

Just checking in to see how long orientation is now taking and if in orientation is it still a non-contact visit? Other info on this in thread is a bit dated and seeing if it's still accurate.
Thanks, Mike
