Cool Why would an inmate awaiting trial be transferred

Why would an inmate awaiting trial be transferred from MCI Concord to Old Colony Correctional Center?

He must've been classified and was sent there. They have a lot of treatment programs for substance abuse as well as for mental illness so that could be a reason.

OCCC is not a comitting institution so inmates are continuously transferred there from other prisons, so he's there while he is waiting for trial. There could be no reason other than concord needed to make room and OCCC took him.
