Default Can Centinella inmates buy cigarettes?

Title speaks for itself. If they can buy cigarettes, does anyone know the price of a pack?

Thank you. My son was just released and had a pack of cigarettes before I even picked him up. I assumed he would be a non smoker after 2 years with no cigarettes.

(Laugh out loud) I would say he no doubt had been sitting thinking about his first cigarette upon release for as long as he has been inside. Many do. It is usually the first thing they want and find a way to get them.
Sorry after so long he decided to go back to smoking! It is so addictive!
