Default Senate Bill that takes 3 months off sentence?

My man said that there is a senate bill that may be passed, that takes 3 months off a sentence (depending on the crime). Does anybody know anything about it? Can somebody give me details?

I don't know of any senate bill but they can get some time for good behavior I believe it's 3 months so maybe that's what he's referencing?? But that can be lost w tickets and stuff and I don't know if all are eligible or just those who got 85% at their sentencing ( meaning I don't know if 100% sentence means you can't earn that I'm unfamiliar w how that works) but I do know for example my guy got 5 years and 85% and is up for 3 months off in 2019 if he co tinues to stay out of trouble...

There is a Temporary Release that can take up to three months off in certain cases. If someone is doing flat time, they aren't eligible. Hubby got out on a TR the last two times he got out.

It is SB1291. My boyfriend's release date was originally December 9, but he is getting out September 11 on 1291. It's basically an opportunity to get out 3 months early as long as you're taking the classes they assign you, working, etc. You can't have any charges other than drugs (and I believe possibly DUI), and there are other specific rules he has to follow.
