Default CT Probation Offices and Open Courts During COVID-19

CT Probation and Court Operations UPDATED

From the Probation Department in Connecticut:
Probation offices are staffed the same hours as the courts are open and you may contact the offices by telephone. The offices are not open to the public. Please do not hesitate to call if you need assistance from a probation officer.

CT Courts That Remain Open are Closed Tuesdays and Thursdays

List of CT Courts that remain open (UPDATED 5/1/20)
Fairfield Judicial District Superior Court, 1061 Main Street, Bridgeport 06604
Hartford Judicial District Geographical Area 14 at Hartford 101 Lafayette Street, Hartford 06106
New Britain Judicial District 20 Franklin Square, New Britain 06051
New London Judicial District 70 Huntington Street, New London 06320
Waterbury Judicial District Geographical Area 4 at Waterbury 400 Grand Street, Waterbury 06702

Juvenile Courts Open:

The most important thing to know for those with a pending criminal case and upcoming court hearings is to check the pending cases online. Check your upcoming court case hearing by visiting this link.

If you're looking to bail someone who has a court-set only bond in Connecticut. All open courts are allowing for bail bonds as they normally would, the process may be a little different but they are processing them. GPS monitoring is also happening, the bail bondsman would be the best resource to find out more details. CT bail bonds services are currently open.

VERY IMPORTANT: Anyone entering a CT court must wear a mask or a cloth-face covering. See the official announcement on the Judicial website.
