It may be that you're a way to work things out or that you're a way out in terms of him avoiding a future living situation he doesn't want, but if you're finding out all this stuff from someone other than him.........you're better off without him.

Because the system is full of dicks. I feel like they will extend him to the max of 180 days now because of what happened.

I foundout the same way and same day he foundout that he'd be going to his grandmother. When that conversation was over was when it was said to him that my address was denied but grandmas address was approved. I get my information from the facility because I call them. I get it from him because we are unable to fully communicate other than by mail and its just faster for me get the information from kegan

Are they still counting his time starting from May or did it change to August?

Honestly I do not think they counted his time from county. Im sure they started his time since august 3rd. So now he got that threatening case,, i feel they might be dicks and extend the time. So I'm prepared for him to be released end of janurary now.

Like im supposed to be the one doing everything and come out of pocket on everything while taking care of everything at home and my kid. Yea not gonna happen. He has money to keep in his commissary then he can have money to get me a phone and pay that bill and keep money on the phone to talk to me. If he can't do that then he's sol. Shit least I write him least 3 days out the week. No I have no called Austin. When I have before they have always told me they have no info and direct me to call the facility hes at. Well they are no help either considering they give me no information. So I guess I won't know anything until he gets out, which i assume will be end of january now since he caught this new case
