Default If they make parole, how long till they come home

If someone gets recommended for parole, how long after it is posted on foil can you expect them to come home. Also, once paroled when does the parole officer come out to your house to verify the home plan. I am trying to find out for a friend what they should expect. Any info you can give me would be of great help.

Hubby tells me that once the get recommended at the hearing (then assuming that the votes are OK in Nashville ). If these things happen from the date of the hearing till they hit the gate goodbye is about 3 weeks.

They have, I believe about 10 days to certify the votes. Then the parole officer has about 7 days to review the home plan.

Good luck to whoever this is!!!

Well, when he went to parole revocation....the board tells him 1 yr till review, then Nashville tells him 2 yr till review.

He went in 2009, not to be reviewed again till 2011......

Nashville, got a mind of it's own.

Hubby went in for parole revocation, the board tells him a pre-release program and home in February. The Nashville board puts him off for two years. It must make those folks feel pretty powerful to be able to have that much control over someones life. I think they tend to forget that the offender has a family and the family is in a form of prison just as much as the inmate.
