I have been up here for a month & have only been able to visit him one time due to a lack of child care. :shake: I was wanting to visit about once a week.
I have looked on-line & in newspapers. I have called several daycares, but no one will watch them once a week. Does anyone know of a daycare or babysitter who will watch them once a week?
I am getting very frustrated because of how disapointed he was that no one came to visit him for Christmas.
Check with the local 4 c's (think that is what it is called) they gave me a list of childcare providers when i needed one full time for work. I bet you might be able to work something out with one of them on the list. I was lucky to find one that only had her own 2 kids and one other daycare kid. My son was treated like her own which made the time away from him easier. If I was close to there I would watch him. I know how frustrating it can be to find someone to watch them so you can get a little bit of alone time. Thanks God my son is now 12 and pretty responsible so I can leave him home. have any friends or neighbors who would babysit for you??? Look at home daycare centers or people who just do it out of their house ... I babysit for a neighbor and it is not regularly ... some weeks its 35 hours other is is only 5 hours ...
