Question about Spring Creek mail rules

Hi. Can anyone point me in a good direction to learn what rules I need to follow to mail someone at Spring Creek in AK? There's nothing on their website, and I tried to call once but couldn't get anyone. Thanks!

hi my husband is in spring creek,so i pretty much know what they take..no hardcover books only soft cover,no packages at all,only the month of their birthday..money orders only ,must have their number on it,pretty much only letters, magazines...
