Default requesting passes in alabama
the inmate will submit an ADOC form 405-C. Inmates leave/pass Requst form for a pass leave or furlough to the warden.
upon receipt of the ADOC form 405-c inmate leave/pass request the case load officer, will complete an ADOC form 405-B pass/leave committee checklist and submit the forms to the instidutional pass/leave committee.
