Son transferred to prison but his property did not. Who do I contact?

My son was just moved to Warren correction facility in Lebonon Ohio, Noble did not send his property ,clothing shoes and such with him What can I do to see that these Items are given to him ? I had just sent him a box of clothing and personal stuff at Christmas , over $300 worth and can't afforrd to do this agian soon

His property may have been sent, but not received yet? Since both prisons are part of Ohio's state prison system, you can contact the DORC headquarters, or the governor if you don't like their answer.
