Boyfriend lost on ADOC website

My boyfriend was transferred finally from county jail to prison this morning . He is nowhere to be found on the ADOC website. I spoke with someone at the DOC last friday and she was was able to give me his AIS number while he was still in the county jail . When i search His name and his AIS number it says “ 0 results found “ Any information and help about what i should do what be greatly appreciated!

Give them a few days to update the website after they process him into the system.

ive also tried sending him money through website supported by the ADOC and he also doesn’t show up there . just looking for the smallest information to help ease my mind until i hear from him

In KY, when one transfers from another prison, even though he is already in the system, it can take a couple of days before they can use a phone or be found in the system.

When one is sent to prison for the first time, they usually are not allowed to use a phone for several days, or perhaps weeks. Plus, they will have to get him set up in the phone system.

Here is the handbook he will receive. Maybe there will be more in it about newbies to the system.
