Default Why 3 court dates ?

Ok he got arrested in dec with D felony charge in indiana, and he sent me his lawyers card and he has 1st court date in feb but I dont know why the other 2 dates are for, any help with that would be greatly appreciated

They tend to go through several court dates, that's normal. The best thing to do would be to contact his attorney/public defender to find what the specific purposes for his dates are.

The first one is typically a preliminary hearing, after the indictment by the Grand Jury. The second one, is either where the plea bargin is worked out, or if he's taking it to trial, where that's set up. The third is typically the sentencing after either the jury trial or plea bargin.
